Overview
Raia Technologies developed Jobzumi, a hiring platform that helps companies cut through resume overload by using AI to screen and rank candidates. Instead of spending hours reviewing applications manually, hiring teams could set their criteria, collect applications, and let the platform deliver a ranked shortlist of top candidates.
The Build
We built Jobzumi using Bubble for the application layer and OpenAI for AI-driven evaluations of resumes and candidate answers. A credit-based payment system was implemented with Paddle, ensuring flexible, pay-as-you-go pricing.

Credit-based billing system (1 credit = 1 evaluation, credits never expire)
From MVP to Launch
The platform was designed with a “try before you pay” model: users could post jobs and receive applications for free, only purchasing credits when they wanted to screen candidates. This combination of no subscription fees and AI-powered ranking made Jobzumi instantly practical for hiring teams of all sizes.
The Outcome
Jobzumi streamlined one of the most time-intensive parts of hiring. By automating candidate screening and standardizing evaluations, the platform helped teams make faster, fairer, and more confident hiring decisions.
